Big Welcome to our Spring Resident Artist
Camilla King
We would like to welcome and congratulate Camilla King as she begins her 3 month residency here at Otis Street Arts Project.
Camilla is a Florida native and a Fine Arts graduate of Howard University. She is currently a fellow at the Studio Gallery in DC. Camilla loves to experiment with a plethora of mediums and loves to find the art the world possesses around her. Her favorite mediums include painting, printmaking, and quilt making. She uses the emotion of her bold color palette to convey the beauty that her African American subjects project. She lives and works in Washington, DC.
We are working to secure more funding for future residencies.

The artists of Otis Street Arts Project invite you to see fresh, solid new works steps from the very studios in which they were created. These works reflect a newly invigorated, future-facing mindset and represent a variety of mixed media and interactive work. Artists include Chris Bohner, Gloria Chapa, Chris Combs, Elizabeth Curren, Art Drauglis, Camilla King, Liz Lescault, Kirsty Little, Shelley Lowenstein, CeCi Cole McInturff and Lisa Rosenstein.
